CANCELLATION POLICY
Policies are essential for salons to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of service for all clients. These policies help manage appointment schedules, allowing salons to allocate time effectively and minimize disruptions.
No shows can be costly to a business that still needs to cover there overheads in such cases. If not enough notice is given, the deposit will be kept.

CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS: CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE.

A DEPOSIT OF £20-£50 WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING.
